Mission Statement: to provide a platform, or medium, for Rock and Roll artists with raw and electric emotion in their music; together we will feed the ears of as many music lovers as possible until a major music label listens.

Terror .45 Records, founded in 2004, continues to work diligently toward providing a productive sanctuary for the Southern California punk-rock and retro car club rock-n-roll scenes. The label is based in Hollywood and is managed by Los Angeles local, Dylan Zink (singer of the band 3808). Dylan is a recording engineer graduate of Hollywood Musicians Institute, and currently works as a sound mixer on major Hollywood films for Fox Studios. Dylan created Terror .45 Records as a vehicle for making a positive effect with the music he loves and holds faith in; and, because he believes in doing things for yourself. He created this label so that he could do just that with his own music, and now he wants to help other bands do the same.

“Roots" music is what this label is passionate about; roots music can be defined as music stemming from bluegrass, country, gospel, Appalachian folk, and blues. Roots music is the blue print for punk rock, or rhythm-n-blues music.

Terror .45 Records is excited by music that makes you want to move, and by music that carries the spirit of the blue collar worker, the passionate, the broke, the rejected, and the depraved. If you are a traditional rockaBilly, psychobilly, punk-rocker, bluegrass, or ska band, Terror .45 Records is here to support you; we would like you to be a member of the Terror .45 family.

In addition, we are a one-stop shop for bands who are on the road, literally, looking to become professional musicians and attract major record labels. Trying to hold a band together is hard enough without taking into consideration the promotion, marketing, merchandise, and studio placement that is necessary to take your band to the next level; we can assist your band with all of the above. The common man has always feared people who do things differently, who react to the flame within their own soul, rather then let society dictate what the next trend is. We say that Terror .45 promotes “Music to Scare the Squares” because we need music that ignites a reaction, turns heads; we want music that will just simply make people feel alive to the very last note.
